Cisco 72-100618-01 A0 Cable

Hi,

I have a Cisco 72-100618-01 A0 Cable that provides both video and control to an SX20. 

When using this adapter i can see the video, i can move the camera but i can't move the onscreen cursor. 

Is there a setting or something that has to be changed?

This cable is for the P40 camera and will not work with the PHD12xs camera

the correct cable for the 12xs is 72-5176-01A0  CAB-HDMI-PHD12XS

Note: The cisco TRC6 remote is disabled when using a touch10
