Hello Cisco Community! : )

Anyone know the minimum internet speed requirements for Cisco 8861 via MRA? Some of our telecommuters are experiencing drop calls and I am afraid it might be due to lost of signalling to the phone and call manager.

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What download and upload speed do they have? and how far are they from the EXP-E?

Hi Jaime,

The internet speed for one telecommuter is 5 down/2 up... which is really low.

We would like to apply standards, but we are unsure of the minimum requirements.
