Hi there.
I'm running a cisc oasa 5510 - ASA version 8.2(5) - ASDM version 6.4(5)
I have an interface dedicated for my company VoIP system. It's very basic as the phones connect out over the internet and that's about it. They are given a private IP by my asa and route out. The system works ok but now and then we have some crackling on the line and i would like to know if there are any configuration changes i can make to improve the service. It's not a bandwidth issue as we have 100MB link. Also using skype seems ot be fine which uses the same line, it's is just on our telephony system.
Thanks,
J.

I've enabled a 'Service Policy Rule' for the interface my VoIP phones are running on which is Inspecting SIP ( defaults ) and i have checked 'Enable priority for this flow'.
Are there any other additions i could enable to make sure my VoIP calls are prioritized and improved?
