Could someone confirm for me the following;
How many capture cards for live streaming can be installed in the following broadcast servers at the same time.
Cisco 3424
Cisco 3425
Is it a max of one in each ? or can additional be added ?

I am not very sure of the support of more than one capture card. You could contact your local cisco sales person for the same. I found one link which could be of some help, as given below.

The server -software- will support up to four (as of 3.2, I believe) but the form factor (1RU "Pizza Box") I think supports only two slots, one of which is occupied by a SCSI controller.
Another limitation is going to be which protocol you use. I believe the 3425 would be pretty stressed trying to push four live, full, D1 MPEG2 streams even if there were no physical slot restriction.
