Cisco CMM upgradation 2.2 to 2.5.1

Hi 

We have current version of CMM 2.2 and we plan to upgrdare 2.2 to 2.5.1.

I have some questions.

1 Can I upgrade CMM 2.2 to 2.51 direct path ?

2 How much time it will take to upgrade ?

3 what will be the rollback plan.

Please help me to upgrade questions.

Have you reviewed the CMM 2.5 documentation from cisco.com??
