Cisco Codec C20 reboot several times

Dear friend.

I have problem with my Codec C20. Can anybody tell me the reason of this issue.

My device reboot after the main menu appeared several times when I powered on. . .

When I power on the system without Camera, it run normally. I can do everything (set ip by remote, access to web, ...).

But it reboot immediately after I plugged in Camera.

As my experience, maybe the power is not enough? Do you have any ideas?

P/S: This Codec was sent to me after I request RMA to replace an old failure

Hi Tien,

Make sure you use correct PSU :PSU-12VDC-70W=, This PSU is diffrent from MXP .

If you use MXP PSU then problem what you facing can be happen .

We change only the codec, not change any accessory.

Hi Tien,

What was issue with previous coec ?

You can try following .

1. swap C 20 PSU with known working one .

or

2 . Connect external PSU to camera ( MXP PSU will work )

is codec is working with this option .

The previous have problem with power. We can't power it on.
