Hi,MXP's contact list is in text format , C series is in xml format .You can't upload MXp phonebook to C series .xdirectory is commnad to get phonebiik backup for mxp, Kind regards,Dharmmesh

Hi Tien,What was issue with previous coec ?You can try following .1. swap C 20 PSU with known working one .or 2 . Connect external PSU to camera ( MXP PSU will work )is codec is working with this option .Kind regards,Dharmmesh

Hi Tien,Make sure you use correct PSU :PSU-12VDC-70W=, This PSU is diffrent from MXP .If you use MXP PSU then problem what you facing can be happen .Kind regards,Dharmmesh
