CISCO CODEC PRO CANNOT MAKE CALL // 404 SIP NETWORK REJECTED

My cisco codec pro is regesteres on my cucm 12.

I'm using the existing SIP trunk base in two differents countries, we can make calls without any problem but now i need to establish telepresence video using the same sip trunk but it fails

Disconnect cause code : 404 SIP

Disconnect cause type : NetworkRejected

can you help
