Hi

The unit is in maintenance mode which means there are issues on the device. In maintenance mode the regular API is not available. It might have crashed on boot and does this every time. So you tried factory reset without luck? (which means that any secondary image has been removed as well)

What software version are you running on this device?

If you have a service contract I advise you to open a case on this to get the instruction on how to restore the system from scratch. You need some special files to do this via the serial port.

From that screen (in your 2nd screenshot) you could try the selectsw command, and if there are two software images installed, use that to switch to the 2nd installed image - that may boot up, in which case, you should be able to upgrade the endpoint again to replace the possibly corrupt version it's currently booting with.

If there is only one software image installed, you'll need to do as @Magnus suggested, and contact the Cisco TAC (you'll need to have an active service contract on your device) and they should be able to assist.
