Can you provide some more information regarding the deployment of the EX60 and your environment?  Are you trying to deploy the EX60 with CUCM, VCS, or standalone?

my EX60 is in standalone mode.. Incoming calls coming but Outgoing did not work... please suggest...

Which protocol SIP or H323 you use for outgoing call ?
Which number did you try to call ?
Did you try to call another number ?

How do you have the EX60 currently configured?  If you search the TelePresence forums for "standalone", there are numerous threads covering the configuration of how to setup an endpoint this way.  You'll also need to open your firewall for the ports outlined in the cisco-ex-tandberg-ip-sip-firewall-ports document.
