Hi Guys
I was wondering if you can recommend a way to test Outbound & Inbound B2B calls through Cisco Expressway . I have done my configuration & DNS records & validated them . But i need to test that call routing is fine in both ways .
Do someone here have a similar infrastructure so i can just these calls with him .
Best Regards
Ahmed

Hi Ahmed,
loopback@rtp.ciscotac.net - for test outbound call ;
https://cway.cisco.com/tools/SrvRecord - for test DNS records;
For test inbound call, please publish videoadress of your endpoint.

I'm not able to connect at all to loopback@rtp.ciscotac.net
A few weeks ago I was able to use loopback@cisco.com, loopback2@cisco.com, and loopback3@cisco.com, but not anymore. I was able to test with one of our vendors on a couple of private B2B calls so I know our expressways are fine. Are there any other ways to test expressway B2B video calling without relying on another person? A smartphone app would be great (we don't currently have Jabber set up for use with our expressways).
