We're having problems with a network design and I was hoping someone could shed some light on it. We have a client that has an internal network with Video Conferecing working well. They need to allow outside entities to connect to a video conference on their internal network. They have a Microsoft ISA server with the H.323 gatekeeper service installed. When calls come into the Microsoft server and are handed off to the Cisco Equipment, the Cisco boxes recieve a disconnect request from the ISA server for no apparent reason. This of course ends the callers session. Keeping in mind that the length of time from call establishment to disconnect is always approx 15 - 20 seconds. I'm wondering if anyone has ever integrated this type of setup before and can give us pointers on what will need to be done on the ISA Server or on the Cisco 35XX hardware?
