cisco jabber internal --- EX 90----- video not working
cisco ip phone 9971-----EX90--------Video Not working
dx 70 -Ex90------ Video working
Audio is working fine on all the devices
Both cisco jabber and DX 70 in same device pool, Both are registerd to cucm
EX 90 is registerd to VCS control.
Please help me on this ...

is your video call between jabber/9971 and dx 70 working ?

Issue was resolved actually MTP was enabled in Dx 70 .

Does it work if you register your EX90 to your CUCM?
if so, there could be an issue with your trunk between the CUCM and the VCS, or with your firewalls or network in between the devices (things like packet inspection, blocked ports, WAAS, ect can all have an impact).
