Cisco Meeting Management connection error with Smart account

Cisco meeting managemenet lost connection with smart account, we have problem with licesning in CMM, and when we try to reregister it to the Smart account it gives "Unexpected error".

You said you are re registering, which means it was registered before. Can you check the box" Register the product instance if its already registered"

Ore remove the product instance from SA and try.

Your SSM is on-prem or cloud ?
