Works great! A meeting is created on the portal at the user's space. A standard notification with Accept / Reject comes to the mail, after which the meeting is recorded in the Calendar (if you Accepted it) with an alert 15 minutes in advance. Great, no TMS needed, but! in the email and further in the event there is no link to the portal where the conference is held, there is no https://join.domain.com

I understand that this is beta, just add a link to the portal in the email

Scheduler looks pretty good indeed.

But what's also missing in my opinion is a tenant structure.

E.g. Different email servers (+auth) can be configured for different tenants.

Wouldn't make any sense to only have 1 mail server, in a centralized video platform deployment, where different customers (so different tenants) are provisioned. Which mail server should be used then? Mail Server A to route all invites, also from all other customers? I think, we agree here, that doesn't make any sense.

Maybe it's a future feature addition.
