Cisco Meeting Server Presentation Bad

I use the cisco meeting app to presentation.

IF the screen resolution is setting 1920x1080(Full HD),the presentation is very bad.

But the screen resolution is setting 1024x768,the presentation is good.

How do I change my settings?

two ways to do that.

1 through API. you create a call leg with desired bandwidth settings. and assign it to the cospace or at global level.

2. inside the client there is also BW control settings. which can control over all bandwidth.

I had change callleg setting bandwidth to 4000000/bit.And assign to all of cospace.Then change CMA bandwidth to max.

But the presentation is the same.

1920x1080 is very bad.

1024x768 is good.

Have any idea?

can you try it on another display/ Monitor ? or laptop ?

what about joining from WebrTC browsers and SIP endpoints? does the quality deteriorates on all platforms ?

may b its your graphics driver issue or DPI scaling issue.

wt CMS  and CMSAPP version are you using ?

All present is Full HD in CMS.

WebRTC in Home PC to present > iphone 6+ CMS app is bad.Codec & Jabber is good.

CMS app in Home PC to present > iphone 6+ CMS app is bad.Codec & Jabber is good.

WebRTC in Work NB to present > iphone 6+ CMS app is bad.Codec & Jabber is good.

CMS app in Work NB to present > iphone 6+ CMS app is bad.Codec & Jabber is good.

Jabber to present > iphone 6+ CMS app is bad.Codec is good.

Codec to present > iphone 6+ CMS app is bad.Jabber is good.

So~Maybe the CMS app have bug at Full HD present.

so it clearly shows its not a global issue across all platforms.

CMS app 2.0 is releasing soon . may be it fixes your issue.

i am sure you are using latest CMS app 1.9.10.

try increasing bandwidth slider in CMS App .

settings---> more settings-->advance

I meet same issue regarding presentation quality with 1920x1080 using CMA Webrtc.

It's a bug, or rather poor programming. CSCvg16170

If you haven't purchased CMS, unlike me, look at Pexip. Much better product.

Troubleshot a poor-quality presentation issue today, and the culprit turned out to be the browser: Edge (NON Chromium).  We have good tested results when using Chrome and Edge Chromium.
