Cisco Meeting Server problem with external H323 endpoint

Hello,

I have very strange problem, when external endpoints H323 (B2B) calls to my CMS, they can't see video, they have only audio stream, meanwhile other endpoint SIP internal or external that connect same space in CMR can see all members that joined.

When external H323 endpoint call my CMS pass between ExpressWay-E, Express-Way-C and CUCM at the end on CUCM has secure trunk with CMS. If I check every elements in my chain I can see this call is tag as Video. On Express-Way-E, we do interworking H323 to SIP, so from Express-Way-E leg become SIP.

Have you some idea ? or somethings to check ?

Is it your external Fw not opened the related video udp ports yet?

do you have the same problem, have you resolve this, i have exact the same issu and a tac case open.
