Need some advice, we are busy updating our clients Telepresence software to the updated version RoomOS 11.1.4.1
We did successfully update over 58 devices to 11.1.4.1 without issues and some had version 9.14.5 on and also 10.19.5.
The issue we are facing is only happening on 7 devices that keeps failing on the installation after the upload. On that had 9.14.5 I first had to update to 10.19.5 k3.cop.sgn before it detects the software of version 11.1.4.1 cop.sha512
But only these devices trying to perform the same steps to update, the only file that worked to get them from 9.14.5 to V10 is 10.15.5.3, but then it still requires 10.19.5 k3.cop/sgn in order to update to V11, but then fails again with same error.
Upgrades being done through device GUI, not understanding why it would fail for these 7 but works for the rest of the devices no issues.
