Cisco Sx20 Firewall ports

Hi Team,

We have installed a cisco SX20 endpoint and we want to keep the video point behind the firewall and we want to configured a firewall ports on the firewall.

Currently video endpoint is configured with Local LAN IP address and Natted with ISP public IP address audio and video is working but sometime with other video devices call is not initiating.

Please if any one knows please share the firewall ports which need to be opened in firewall.

Make sure you have NAT enabled on the endpoint and configured with the public IP of the SX20, refer to the SX20 Admin Guide on pg 74.

In regards to the firewall ports, take a look at my reply to your earlier post in the Voice Over IP section of the forums: cisco-sx20-firewall-ports.  Also, make sure you set the H323 PortAllocation to static, it's on pg 76 in the admin guide mentioned above.
