My Cisco telepresence SX20 malfunctioned suddenly . On starting it shows Cisco logo and no signal.
We opened web interface of machine and it shows " Cisco telepresence is not responding it may have entered in maintainence mode. Try recovery page .

Your best bet is to call TAC at this point, that is likely a hardware failure and you'll need to get it RMA'd.
