Cisco Tandberg C40 option key tc7.3.7

Hello !

I'm upgraded firmware tc3.1.1 to tc7.3.7. on Tandberg codec C40.

Tandberg c40 had 4 "option key":
1 NaturalPresenter
2 MultiSite
3 DualDisplay
4 PremiumResolution

After upgrade to tc7.3.7, C40 have only one "option key":
1 NaturalPresenter

How i can return other "option key" ?

Send an email to licensing@cisco.com with the serial number and they should be able to help you.

Go to the Cisco License Portal and select Get Other Licenses > TelePresence License to Resend, enter the C40's serial number and you will be presented with all the license keys available for that system.

If for some reason you also need a release key in case you don't have one, since you upgraded from TC3 to TC7, you can do this using the same website under Get Other Licenses > TelePresence Software Release Key, the C40 must be on an active support contract in order to get obtain a release key.
