Hi, I couldn't find any information on how to create a local directory in CUCM and push it down to Cisco DX endpoints. Any idea?

Monitor wont power on. It will go in standby mode but as soon as a hdmi signal is given it starts the led flashing LED light flashes 2 orange and 1 green.  thanks for any help

Hello Team I have one query for CUCM configuration we config NTP server IP address in VM. We have cisco SG500 switch as layer 3 we are using. Can I use SG500 switch as NTP for CUCM and does the Switch support command for NTP Master.

We are seeing this on all calls for one IX5000 unit recently.  It was just upgraded to firmware IX8.2.0(28).  It happened both on a point to point IX5000 to IX5000 call and also on a multipoint call via TP Server. Any ideas or experience out there?
