Cisco Telepresence Content Server (TCS) initial config

I tried to follow the quick start guide to do the initial configuration but I am not able to set the IP address. i got below screen but I can type nothing there:

Cisco TelePresence Content Server 5.3.3316
IP Settings>
Address Type
*IP Address
Subnet Mask
Default Gateway
DNS (Preferred)
DNS (Alternate)

[UP] Prev Item, [DOWN] Next Item, [ENTER] Select, [ESC] Back
------------------------------------------------------------

IP Address>
*0.0.0.0

Hi melany

Are you trying to set the address through a console cable? It would be easier to connect a keyboard and a monitor and set the ip by logging in to the windows server os.

sorry i found out that it can only be edited when it got a lan connection
