Solved: Cisco TelePresence IX5000 Support Remote Monitoring

What is the Room Monitoring License for a IX5000, or does the IX5000 even support Room Monitoring? Room Monitoring lets you do websnapshots and the license is determined by the endpoint, SX, MX, Profile, Room, Room Kit, I'm not sure what the IX5000 falls under. https://supportforums.cisco.com/legacyfs/online/attachments/discussion/field_update_web_snapshots_250615.pdf

The IX runs very different software to all those other models you mentioned, (SX, MX, DX, SRK, etc all run TC or CE software, and the IX runs it's own "IX" software). It's all these others that support the RemoteMonitoring Option Key, there is no option for an IX.
