Cisco TelePresence SX20 12X Zoom, outbond call problem

Dear Support team,

I have some problem with my unit Cisco Tele Presence SX20, locally call is ok, but when I need to call out bond (from Indonesia to Thailand or Singapore) it always go to blue screen with " No option" and asking Conference code or create new conference room.

I attach the screen picture.

Pls adv what should we do and what have been wrong

Firstly, your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Idea Center where you have posted it.  I'd suggest if the below does not answer your question you consider moving your thread (you should be able to do that via the Edit button on your original post).

The screenshot you have supplied indicates that you have dialled in to a Cisco MCU at the other end, not directly to another TelePresence endpoint (ie SX20).

You will either need to navigate to the conference you need to join, or create one for the other person to also connect to you at. 

Failing that, you will need to get the correct address of the endpoint you need to dial in to rather than connecting to the MCU.
