VCS X7.2 is a maintenance release on X7 branch with multiple new features

- Controlled SIP TLS connections to the Default Zone

- Device authentication

- Enhanced account security

- System security enhancements

- Zone and subzone media encryption policy

- Call processing

- Improved interworking flow control

- Enhanced diagnostics

- Other enhancements and usability improvements

No, Jabber for iPad is not supported on VCS-E starter pack with X7.2 release.

Cisco is planning to support it from next feature release software version.
