We are currently implementing dot1x authentication across our enterprise. We are using client auth certs, and have been successful with getting our SX and EX series codecs authenticated. We have been unable to find a way to push a certificate to the touch-panels.
We currently only have Touch-8's, is it possible to get a client certificate to them?
Are there other Touch models that are able to have a client certificate?
If no to both, is Cisco looking into this?

The Touch 8 panels doesn't support any user customization or configuration at all, they can't even be accessed as you've found out. The Touch 8 is only supported by endpoints running TC software, both of which are not under active development as Cisco is only releasing bug fixes and security vulnerabilities when needed..

Hi
Touch 10 support for this is in the works and will come in a later release but currently not supported.
