Jian Jie,
Do you mean your E20 cannot boot up properly or do you mean you are not seeing the selfview camera image?
If the unit cannot boot up properly, you may like to try the following to see if it helps :
a) Boot up from the second image:
1) Hold down the buttons '4' and '6' while plugging in the power cable. Hold until the red status led on top of the E20 start blinking.
2) Click the button '4' twice to toggle image (led will blink faster on first click and then solid light at second click)
or,
b) factory reset the unit (if the application starts up).
1) Press ' * ' twice
2) Press 'Presentation'
3) Press ' # ' twice 1) Press ' * ' twice
2) Press 'Presentation'
3) Press ' # ' twice
Else, maybe you should raise a TAC case.

Thank you very much!
I have tried both methods,but useless。
Now,I can see the boot logo”TANDBERG E20“,continue for some time, and then a black screen will automatically restart。

Hi,
Can you SSH to the E20?
It might be worthwhile to try to reload the firmware.
