CISCO webex CS-CAM PTZ4K= Camera...The box has a serial number printed on it, on the back part of the camera itself you also find a label with the serial number. Upon logging in into the inside(BIOS) of the camera will you find same serial number?

This is an odd question. Presumably? Have you tried it? The camera is made by Sony so it may have their S/N buried in there somewhere.
