Cisco WebEx Kit Pro PoE port not working

Hi guys, I have a Cisco Kit Pro with a Touchpad 10 connected directly to the codec, but the touchpad has refused to power up when connected to the codec, but if I plug it into a different PoE port on the switch, it powers up, This wasn't the case initially.

On the Codec Pro, only the two ports indicated by T and U in the above diagram support PoE.
