CME 10.0 + IP Phone 7821 Registration

Hi,

Any body can you help me to register IP phoe 7821 with CME 10.0 ?

I am getting on display Phone not registered in a while registering...In a few minutes again phone not register message. what may be the reason please?

If any body can help me what is the procedure to register It will be help full for me.
