deployed a CMR cloud solution to a customer. they only have few sx80 and sx20 (no other end points). this solution includes 1 cucm, 1 exp c , 1 exp e.
so I dial personal room URI (Ex. johndoe@customer.webex.com) , it joins the webex room. then I launched webex from my laptop and joins the same room as a guest. on my laptop webex app, I see the video endpoint in the participant going on and off. meaning I will see its joining the participant list and then disconnects, then comes on again. therefore I will never get to see the video from the video enpoint in the webex app. the video endpoint screen says you are the only person in the room. not sure what causing this behaviour. (call from video endpoint to webex is still on. its not a complete disconnect). could it be that webex trying to adjust to a resolution but not having success?
any feedback is appreciated.
thanks

i finally fixed the issue. so their webex is integrated with third party audio (intercall) TSP. so the account should be populated with teleconference information. these info is usually provided by TSP. the webex account holder should log into his webex account as user, and choose "mywebex" tab ->preference->audiosetup->edit the teleconference there with toll free# , local #, PIN and conference Code.
once that's completed all worked for me.

We need to know more about your environment, is there a call control server involved such as CUCM/VCS, or is the endpoint configured to be standalone?
Are you trying to connect via H323 or SIP?
If your WebEx has the ability to do video call-back, have you tried that instead of you calling in from the endpoint?
What if you connect two video endpoints to the WebEx meeting, do they see each other, what do you see on the WebEx side?

Hi
sx endpoint registered to cucm as sip end point. It has exp c and e. B2b call works fine. Issue is only with webex. Video call back is not possible as webex integrated to third party audio. I havent tried 2 video end points to webex. I will try later ehen i go to customer site. As i said earlier i see video end point trie to join participant list and goes off.

I had some some similar results a few months back where an endpoint would call into a WebEx meeting, the endpoint would appear in the WebEx participants list for a moment and then disappear, the video endpoint would disconnect itself shortly thereafter. This was caused by our authentication settings on the VCS zones/subzones.
The reason I mention testing with two video endpoints is to see if the TelePresence side of the meeting works, it could just be an issue between the TelePresence bridge and WebEx. If that is the case, it might also be a good idea to contact WebEx Support as well.
