CMS and Scheduling option

working on creating a solution for a customer to replace an external Audio conferencing service.

CMS seems to be satisfying most of the requirements.

Is TMS/TMSXE the only solution to schedule  or cna I create a template for meetings that have the pilot number for each meeting since I will be able to assign a did to a person for their audio meetings?

Otherwise as you mention, you can use the AA and have people dial into the conference as needed.
