CMS call h323 to polycom endpoint

hi all,

i have deployed CMS 2.1.5 single combined, and have some polycom QDX6000.

i configured h323 gateway in CMS, there is problem:

polycom endpoint can call IP (h323) cms using ip_address_of_cms##call_id

but from webRTC cannot call ip address of polycom.

i have plan to upgrade the CMS to 2.2.9

please advice

Hi sumiya,

polycom endpoint can call IP (h323) cms using ip_address_of_cms##call_id

but first you have to configure h323 gateway of cms

after that you can simply make call from endpoint, cisco endpoint can call by URI (ie space_id@fqdn_of_cms or @ip_address_ofcms) and other endpoint like polycom can call by fqd_or_ip_cms##space_id

But i have the problem how polycom endpoint connect to the CMS 1000 / to H.323 gateway/

Hi sumi,

you mean how to dial ? try call ip address of cms then get ivr, just enter space id and #

or you mean call flow ? you can read on Cisco CVD document
