Hi everybody!
Need help in configuring outbound calls in cisco Meeting server.

Uptime 56 minutes, 54 seconds
Build version 2.2.4
XMPP connection connected to localhost for 56 minutes, 52 seconds
Authentication service registered for 56 minutes, 52 seconds
Lync Edge registrations not configured

Conference work fine.
Can dial to IVR number and enter conference space.
Links with invitation also work.
But the only issue - i cannot call to outbound direction. Screen from outbound config in web in attach.
In sip debug i see this kind of info:

call 42: outgoing SIP call to "@172.16.51.167"
call 42: setting up UDT RTP session for DTLS (combined media and control)
call 42: ending; remote SIP teardown with reason 18 (not found) - not connected after 0:00

I tried dial in any ways - like 3999@172.16.51.167 and 3999@sharifa.local and 3999 and 3999@cucm.sharifa.local.
Please help!!!

Hi,

Did you ever get it working, I have the same issue

No!

Do you have the same version of CMS?
What kind of license you have? Trial?

How are you making these calls, are they from the CMS itself or CMS/WebRTC?

Call from WebRTC not successfull. If i understand correcty WebRTC is space in cms or space by using meeting app.
How to make calls from cms itself?

I tried to recreate your issue, but unable to. Your Outbound rule appears correct. I'd try and upgrade to the latest release (either 2.2.12 or 2.3.1) and see if it resolves your issue, as you're several versions behind.

Ok! Thanks i will try to upgrade it to the latest version and then will provide a result.

Hi

I have the same issue... sometime the message is

call 599: outgoing SIP call to "647xxxxxxx@192.10.10.10" from space "test Space"

and call doesn't connect and sometime is

call 599: outgoing SIP call to "sip:647xxxxxxx@192.10.10.10" from space "test Space"

and call get connected.

Did you find a solution?

Thanks
