CMS publish to Internet

Hi All, 

 

i'm trying to publish CMS to internet. what i need to configuring?

  -CMS Server with single-combined deployment. 

  -Self-signed Certificate

  -1 interface

  -callbridge, webbridge, xmpp working fine from internal.

 

when i try to NAT CMS, only webadmin that can be accessed from internet. but when i'm trying to create a call using web, it fails. web not showing anything from CMS.

 

really appreciates for help me.

You need TURN in order to get media from outside users, if you haven't, I suggest you review the collab250 training on SalesConnect.

can you provide me example configuration about TURN server?
i'm already configure TURN server, but no luck. can't create call from web

 Hi 

 

It really depends what you are after, you will need load balancer for native meeting app signalling, WebBridge for meeting app signalling and TURN for native/meeting app media, 

 

You will need external certificates ideally public for all components the web bridge, TURN and load balancer

 

webadmin should not be accessible from the internet, web bridge however can be, please see appendix A & B in the following document https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/conferencing/ciscoMeetingServer/Deployment_Guide/Version-2-3/Cisco-Meeting-Server-2-3-Single-Combined-Server-Deployment.pdf which tells you the DNS records and ports used
