CMS: using API to add users for testing purpose

Hi,

I´m making a new deployment of Cisco CMS 1000 v2.2.9. I would like to test some user related features but I don´t want to import users from LDAP at this phase. Is it possible to add users using API? (API do not document any valid method to do such thing). I read some post suggesting to add user using API but I don´t know if someone have tested it previously. I tried to POST a request to add a test user but it failed... Thank you very much

Best Regards

Juan Manuel Munárriz

No, it's not possible, the API documentation explains which methods are applicable per object, /Users only accepts GET, and it explains:

9 User Related Methods

Users are created by synchronizing against LDAP servers (as discussed later); however, there are a number of methods for retrieving user information.
