I have CMS1000 server that came pre-installed with ESXi and Cisco Meeting server. I can't seem to find the root password for the VMware. The default password doesn't work. What is the process to reset the ESXi root account password. Is it true that the only way to reset the root account password is to reinstall the ESXi? If so can somebody point me to a link that describes the process of re-installing ESXi on ucs c220 M4 box?
