Hi everyone,
We have a Codec Plus that is currently stuck in maintenance mode. We've tried doing rebooting, factory reset, swapping software, but it just keeps on rebooting and going into maintenance mode. Greatly appreciate it if someone can help to point me to what can be done to recover it/fix it.
Thanks!

The best way to get it out of Maintenance Mode is to Upgrade the software on it. Then do it a second time once the first is successful. That way both copies of software on the flash will be the lastest version and it should work fine.
If the device continues to fail after that, it may have a hardware issue - in which case, your next step would be to log a case with the TAC to get it replaced.

Thanks for the response @Wayne DeNardi ! Somehow today it’s just stuck at the Cisco splash screen upon boot up without having anything changed on it. Tried to do a factory reset and it’s still stuck at the Cisco splash screen right after booting up and I can’t access it anymore via its IP to try and troubleshoot on the software level.
Do you reckon that this is an indication of a hardware problem?

If it's no longer booting at all, then yes, there is likely a failure on the device - best to work with TAC to get it replaced.
