We have a Codec Pro K9 that I was working with and decided to attach a touch 10 to. I wanted to see if any more configuration options were available if a touch 10 was connected. The system does not have a touch 10. Now when I did a factory reset, it's expecting a touch 10, unlike the others in the job that are all showing a different welcome screen. Is there a way to completely reset this one to make it act like the others?
