Codian 4520 to TCS password Protection for recordings isn't applied.

Hello,

I am hoping someone has seen this before. I have a customer with a Codian 4520 with TMS, VCSC, VCSE, and TCS. The problem is that when calls are scheduled on the TMS and a template that has password protection configured for the recording template is used the password protection from that template is not applied on calls from the Codian to the TCS. If we dial the same Recording ID from an endpoint it records on the TCS and it is password protected as expected. Dialing the same recording ID (template has password policy configured)  from the MCU it connects and gets recorded but the recording isn't password protected. Anyone know what I am missing here?

If you could state the versions used in the deployment and maybe add some screenshots on how the config/booking looks like.

Maybe also a screenshot of the call historty of the VCS to see what was really dialed.
