Hello,
I have recently purchased a Cisco 887-M-K9 router, I have set up the NAT (which is working fine), but I can't send or receive video. The video rate remains at 0 and the format at '----'. I had a networking guy coming in who worked on this for a couple of days, he even set a one to one NAT, etc. He says that there are definitely some compatibility issues. He also said that he knows someone who had a similar problem and went for a router of a different type.
Anybody knows anything about this? I don't want to waste any more of my time trying to configure this thing if it isn't possible to get this to work.
Thanks.

Most video conferencing sets are able to/require you to configure your public ip address in the conferencing set menu pages. Have you done so? Is a firewall config on the router involved? Please share your router config. It all should work, at least the router shouldn't be the problem.
Regards
Erik
