Why can’t I do factory default using the power button on a C-20 anymore (version TC5.1.2)?

Can you provide me a link to a bulletin of some kind that I could forward to our customers advising them to make sure they upgrade to TC5.1.2 BEFORE their 4X cameras goes defect? Do I have CISCO’s authorization to do so?
