Conductor XC4.0, username password fails when using SSH

Using Vcenter Client I can Console into the Conductor and log into it for CLI.

If I SSH to the Conductor, I am not able to log into it for CLI.

SSH is turned on System>Administration> SSH service ON.

Make sure the user you're trying to access the Conductor has API access, the account might only have web access.
