Configuration Template for EX60 with TMSPE

I am trying to push down a custom configuration template that I created in TMS for an EX60. I uploaded the schema and edited the values that I needed. How do I "push" the template to the device? I have applied the template to our LDAP group in TMS. How does the EX60 get all of the custom settings when initally setting up it also?

I can push down a basic configuration template but would like to utilize the custom schema since there are so many other values that could automatically get set..
