Configuration Template not working on the MXP Endpoints from TMS

Hi Team,

We have a TMS with Version 14.3.1 and also many MXP and C series Endpoints. We had created the configuration template on TMS for making the Far end control off on every end point. We had created the template in TMS with the following option selected from the " select advanced settings " ie Conference Farend Control Mode in all systems. When we set this on the systems of C series and MXP series found that the template is working fine with the C Series Endpoint endpoint but not even working on the MXP endpoints. We restarted the system and again created the configuration template only for MXP endpoint with Conference Farend control Mode,Key far end and Far end camera Control and found not working on the system.

Our all MXP endpoints are on versions F9.3.1.Please suggests on this

what selected part needs to be selected in template for far end so that it may work on the MXP endpoints.

Regards

Tarun

Not 100% sure what you want to do.

Block the FECC so remote sites can not control this system or disable FECC on this endpoint to

not being able to control the remote site.

FECC is to disable to get controlled by remote, the key is to disable the control of the remote-site by the ir-remote-control.

If it does not work for you check if you can set this via the api on the endpoint itself.

Doing a trace on the tms using http to manage could also show you what happens it you use the template.

If this did not help you and you do not get a better answer here and you have a valid

service contract, consider escalating this to Cisco TAC.
