Configuration through TMS

I am trying to make configuration changes in SX20 TC and CE video equipment, through TMS version 15.4.4, when creating the template I noticed changes in the equipment with software version CE.

Could you support me to check if there is a problem with the TC version or the TMS version.

TMS supports both TC and CE software.

What configuration changes are you trying to push out, are they built in options in TMS or custom?

Make sure the configurations you're trying to push out are for the correct software type, you could be trying to send configurations meant for CE software to an endpoint running TC software.

I share the steps we are doing for the configuration TC:

Not all endpoints that run TC7 software have the same API, as some commands differ slightly, be sure to check the endpoint's admin or API guide to make sure you're using the correct command.  For example with TC7.3.x software, a C90 uses "Video Input Source", whereas an SX80 uses "Video Input Connector".
