Configuring the MX800 and want to change the line output to not include microphones

Configuring the MX800 and want to change the line output to not include microphones using CE console as he has done it for other SX80 units, but CE console is not supported by MX units (CSCvc56878)

As per customer:

My expectation is that CE Console is exclusively compatible with the SX80, which is an issue since we have had multiple phone calls with Cisco in which we were repeatedly informed that the MX800 has the SX80 codec within it and our entire design was predicated on being able to adjust the audio mix just as we can do with the SX80.

Is this possible to accomplish ? Pictures attached

Thank you very much

The MX800 does use an SX80 codec, however it uses a different product ID which makes it recognized as an MX800 and not an SX80.

Which audio outputs on the MX800 are you using?

There are 6 line level outputs, outputs 1-4 are used for speakers and 5-6 are for recorder.  The microphone audio isn't included in the speaker outputs, but is for the recorder output, so you should be using one of the first four audio outputs designated for use with speakers.

Thank you Patrick, Output 1 is going to speakers and works fine but output 2 is going to BIAMP TESIRA TI so the issue is that this mixer needs 0db but as this outputs are volume control is receiving -50db, if they adjust the volume using touch panel the speakers get too loud

if you go to the web interface and set the level to 0db, is changing every time the volume changes on touch panel
