Hi,
I have a VCS, TMS and a Content Server
They all have private address.
We did a NAT to allow internet users to reach Content Server streamings.
But when we schedule a call with TMS, the URL generated returns the private IP address.
Is it possible to publish the public IP address in the booking confirm email?
Thanks for your suggestions

Julien

Hi Julien,
IMHO, TMS is working as expected as you have configured NAT in Network device [Router/firewall] and since TCS does not have Public IP on its Network card TMS will pick the private IP.
You can try accessing the streaming url by replacing the private IP with public IP and check the access from internet.

Hi Mahesh,
Thanks for your answer
Yes indeed, the TCS is reachable when replacing the private IP address with the public one.
But the goal is to give users the correct Ip address without modifying it.
What about generating the email with the FQDN instead of the IP. it could allow us to provide 2 ip address (internal and external) from a single FQDN
In the connection tab, i put the FQDN but the email generated still use the IP instead of the FQDN, is it normal?
Thanks for your help

Julien
