Core Service for Tandberg

Hi all,

My customer has a Edge95 with service contractend date 20/03/2012. Now they want to renew a service contract from 01/10/2012 with 1 year.

If I order this renew core service form Cisco with 1 year now, what service contact will be start date? 20/03/2012 or 01/10/2012?
